Yomi Casual’s wife has shared an emotional tribute as the final burial ceremony of actor Alexx Ekubo commenced in Arochukwu, Abia State.

In a post shared on her Instagram Story, she reflected on the close friendship between her husband and the late actor, recalling how Alexx would often visit Yomi Casual for fittings whenever his clothes were ready.

She revealed that just days before Alexx’s passing, Yomi had informed him that a suit was ready, but there was no response.

According to her, the fashion designer eventually had to take the suit to the funeral home so his friend could wear it for his final journey.

“I went to the funeral home to give my friend his final well-tailored suit,” she wrote while describing the painful experience.

She also praised her husband for finding the strength to personally ensure Alexx looked his best one last time, despite the grief he was carrying.

Yomi Casual’s wife said the past month, especially the past week, had been one of the hardest periods of his life, adding that Alexx would have been proud of the effort he put into making sure everything was perfect.
